Coach Steve, President and Founder of the Maryland Ruff Riders.  Retired from the Metropolitan police department in 1999 for a service related injury.  Went back to school and received my Bachelor of Science Degree in 2005 from Bowie State University in Child Studies.  Want to make a difference in these kids lives, we have to bring back the old days philosphy it takes a village to raise a child.
Coach Walter Wright, Vice President of the Maryland Ruff Riders.  Walt brings a wealth of basketball knowledge to the Ruff Riders organization.  Walt has been coaching for more than 20 years from Rec ball and fundamentals to AAU.  Walt is also a Deacon so, he continues to spread the word to our kids.
Leonard Gary, Vice President of the Maryland Ruff Riders.  Leonard also brings a wealth of basketball knowledge to the Ruff Riders having played and coached for a number of years.  Coach Leonard attended the University of South Carolina for a short time before embarking on a career in computers.
